Really can recommend the Dinamarca399. Been there just today and it's a really cool spot to work from. The design and interior is modern/industrial, looks like an old fabric hall. On four different floors they have: event spaces, coworking areas, a library, terrace, restaurant, cafeteria... 180 degrees view over the city, facing the ocean. Renting a desk costs you only 80 USD/month and you get a discount on the whole restaurant menu. If you just come over for a couple of days, you can hang out at the restaurant and use the open WiFi. Just try to avoid lunch time for calls ..as everyone is using it and it gets kinda slow, but the rest of the day it totally fine.. 13 down/6 upload (open WiFi) the one for the paid coworking is faster! Restaurant has awesome food super friendly staff which speaks spanish/english. Will keep on exploring I add the spots to the Work Hard Anywhere App. Cheers from WiFi Tribe

I went to lunch with my family and we had a great time. Modern building, very good attention and delicious food (even there are vegetarian menus). The terrace is exquisite and has a privileged view. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent space, all very well thinking and executed. Ideal for meetings, coworking and simply eating with a good view.

Great value for the price, 6000 cp menu del dia includes starters, main dish, dessert, coffee. Lovely view from the terrace. Located close to cementerio 2. Short walk away from the city centre.
