The ambience of the hotel is good with a simple arrangement inside...we went there around evening 6:30 or so and ordered Masala Dosa, Ghee roast, Vadas and filter coffee...both the dosa varieties were superb with authentic tamil touch...i had ghee roast and just loved it...then the filter coffee was too good...and above all i should definitely tell that their service is unforgettable...the waiter were too good an... What Naval Bajaj doesn't like about Hotel Archanas:
This was the first day at Pondi and we were looking for vegeterian lunch, we crossed by this hotel so ordered for a veg meal, parcelled it and went to our hotel to have food in AC. Yes we had to go to our Hotel, as they said there AC was not working.
Anyways food was not good at all. Since we were hungry and we dint had any choice so we went there.

I order mini idly but mini idly not arrived order has changed
Worst Dish ever had in My Life.. There was foul smell coming from the Masala Dosa, Chutney was spoilt, Sambar was worse with too much Salt
Always you are not sending cutleries. Chenna masala is not good. It's like normal kurma
The worst ever paneer I have tasted so far...ordered veg biriyani and paneer biriyani...both are very worst...
Only one poori was there but in menu, it is shown as 2 poori.
