Our first night in Puducherry and as a lifestyle travel enthusiasts and food lovers my first time in this beautiful city no better way to start exploring this heritage. Dinner and hospitality of Stalin made us feel at home! Foods you need to taste their coconut rice and tiger shrimp french gourmet specialty. Carrot and coriander soup was excellent. Just ask Stalin and he'll take care of everything else. Do not miss their chocolate mousses and vegan Pista ice cream So much culture and old schooling had so satisfied me. They have beautiful rooms that are classic 200 years. The warmth of the staff is something you should not miss! Monday evening directly in this restaurant. Chez Francis. Very good authentic restoration. Great food. Small expensive but worth the quality. Pls order homemade vegan Posta ice cream. The timings are up to 2.30 p.m. so pls before that for lunch. Evening dinner is beautiful with light and courtyard.
