The highlight of the meal was the Chilean salmon with vegetables, paired with a Bock Kunstmann beer from Valdivia. I made sure to indulge in one last taste of Chilean cuisine before boarding my flight to Mexico. The service was a bit slow in bringing the bill, but I understand that it can be common in airport restaurants. I recommend allowing extra time when dining at the airport to avoid missing your flight.
