The culinary experience proposed by Trawen is one of authenticity and profound respect for both local products and customs. The special dishes, named after the volcanoes of the region, deserve their spot among the greatest of the Chilean cuisine. And the staff is superb.

In the search of good restaurants in Pucon, we ended up at Trawen and we loved every piece of it. This food was absolutely delicious, the service was very good (we loved the owner of the place) and the ambiance was cosy. Would definitely recommend people to visit.

Is that little dash of this and a little bit of that that pushes a meal from simple to great. I had a chance to speak with the executive chef and realized where the greatness comes from. Exquisite chosen garnishings to vegetables grown at the restaurants own farm are what make their food offerings a treat to your taste buds. To be honest, there is no way to really describe how great their food is. I had a shrimp salad and grilled octopus. My family had shrimp and crab filled ravioli and other salads. Everybody agreed this was at the top range of best lunches we ever had. I hope you get a chance to try it one day.
