Mcdonald's Lotus's Puchong Dt - Puch'on

This mcdonald's has 3 ordering machine. There is also a separate counter for ordering deserts. Dinner time not many people, and there are many places. as for food its standard as all mcdonalds. I think they mostly deliver to nearby areas.

One of my favorite meeting places. Burger and roasted chicken tastes good. McD-Fries is still one of the better. Children will love it because there are happy meals with toys. Often there will be ties with Hi Kitty, Schnauze and etc. Great for collectors. You also have a McCafe for coffee fans here. Not bad taste compares with popular Starsucks. Update: The prosperity burgers are back and now includes fish as an option.

Ordered iced mocha and ice cream, need to wait for 20mins when customers who ordered 15min later than me already received their order. I even asked if my order is ready n they said preparing, i waited patiently until i ask again only to find out no one preparing for my order. Bad day. Bad experience. Not happy

Rude&Terrible service&Not friendly at all! No polite! Especially the Malay boy cashier provide the bad service ! I went to cashier order, coz I need special order as kiosk couldn’t do any remark over there The colleague is telling I waiting here for Oder but the Cashier saw and just go away to do other thing, and without serve? At least listen to my request first, not straight point me to kiosk !
