I highly recommend the delicious Finnish fish soup. The manti with pumpkin has a very interesting taste. However, I do not recommend the warm salad with chicken liver as it is too heavy on mayonnaise and a sweet sauce that is not to my liking. The pork with kartoffel and sauce is a better choice than the wild boar, which is quite tough. The chocolate fondant dessert with hot chocolate inside is a must-try. The prices... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Terrasse:
Initially, it appeared that everything was acceptable at the restaurant. However, things took a turn for the worse when raw onions were added to the carbonara pasta. They claimed it was lightly sautéed, but onions have no place in a traditional carbonara recipe. My husband couldn't even eat it and asked to have the dish removed from the bill. The manager refused to accommodate our request. View all feedback.

First it seemed that everything was not bad. but! then the moment came that the partitur was very low! the Carbonara pads were added raw tweepers! they said it was easy to ride! where they found in carbonara swirled in the recipe, I don't know! I could not eat it. demanded to remove this court jurisdiction of the bill. as result came the administrator and said that she couldn't do that.
Great place to have a good meal. the dishes are simply beautiful, both in taste and in size. they stay up and make it a must to visit.
Unfortunately, they have deteriorated. We have visited Terrace every year since it was still a different establishment. It turns out 6-7 years. Since then, the establishment has risen in price and pretends that they are a restaurant. For a person from St. Petersburg, it looks comical. No matter how you come, and we came there for lunch with the whole family with children, either from St. Petersburg to Riga or back, and now, just during a vacation in Pskov, they all the brood talk on the phone with some mysterious Igor Olegovich (fictitious name, I I do not remember the name of the character). He is, apparently, some kind of local bump. Either he urgently needs to bring home pickles, or shea buns are urgently shipped. This task is a priority and the entire staff is mobilized for implementation, in front of unhappy customers. This time it was the same. As a bonus, they strongly spoke on the topic of bringing food delivered from the kitchen. One young lady takes food out of the kitchen and places it on a special table that is visible to customers and their hungry children. Then everyone leaves to ship the shea buns. Children and adults sit and wonder if they can bring the plates themselves? It is not good for a respected person to detain a snack. Food is brought. Panacotta turns out to be three scoops of ice cream. As it turns out, this is the norm for this establishment. There is another panacotta, on the same menu, that looks right. When the waitress asks how to distinguish them in the text of the menu, or how to determine in advance what will be brought, they moo to us and say that we are not in the subject. Then they bring a check, which I could only deal with with a calculator and a pen. Two non-alcoholic mojitos for children consisted of 4 items per check. Total: I paid 2700, the food is delicious, except for the panacotta, the impression is that I won't come again. Mojito with rum costs 300, without rum 250. And as it turned out, there is no such item on the menu as b a mojito. Themselves on the knee came up with. The rum was removed, minus 50 r. Excellent. I'll come to them for rum for 50 rubles to ask. There are no Muscovites on you. Chao, hug.
