Very good reception. We came to get a breakfast. Despite the fact that nothing was planned on the map, the team prepared a slice of butter and jam just before the establishment of the noon service. Too bad we had to get back on the road because we'd have had lunch. Thanks again for your welcome. View all feedback.
What evelynef2017 doesn't like about Le Relais D'aubugues:
A simple traditional cuisine and good value for money: the cornets of Murat à la Chantilly with strawberries are super-bons. The service is pleasant, performed by the boss and a waitress as friendly and smiling one as the other. Other advantages, a large parking at the customer's disposal, and also two terraces with magnificent views of the Cantal Mountains. It is a BON restaurant: in the week it offers a varied buff... A very friendly and warm welcome, a local cuisine, good desserts home a very warm atmosphere. efficient service. For an excellent price ratio. It would really take more such a restaurant in French countryside, in the noble sense of the term.
A great time spent with family in a warm restaurant and excellent value for money!
Marie Laure receives us well. Here everyone knows each other and if we want to make a meal with friends it offers us a very correct menu and reasonable price. It is a place to discover. So if you go ahead and stop, she and her team deserve it.

Other advantages, a large parking at the customer's disposal, and also two terraces with magnificent views of the Cantal Mountains. It is a BON restaurant: in the week it offers a varied buffet of entrances, a choice of dish, cheese tray and a choice of desserts. To test without hesitation. Closed in the evening, and on Sunday, except by reservation for special events with more elaborate menus.
We were hungry and on the road we discovered the Relais d'Aubugues on Saturday Midi. One menu on the agenda. Because this restaurant regularly makes typical Cantaloup meals at the end of the week on reservation from time to time. Patron Patrick and his wife welcome us despite the fact that we had not reserved for exceptional title lol, they are so kind. We eat with others an aperitif at the bar and cantaloup music starts in the restaurant room. After our aperitif, we are invited to join others for lunch. We discover an accordionist and a drummer who plays the atmosphere music of Cantal the first dish arrives is incredibly rich foie gras, with toasted bread. Red country wine at will. the cantaloups start dancing the time that the second course arrives, a oseille-dried kid with a tasting of a 4-star, The cantaloup dance resumes and arrives the cantaloup cheese tray at will. Follow the dessert two big Enjoyole with vanilla covered with a very hot chocolate cream as I love them!!!! We enjoyed the atmosphere of the cantal music and dancing couples. Coffee's coming. The Patrons and the boss have eaten next to us explaining that they were doing theme meals from time to time. We have paid incredible € 25 per person and we will never forget this Relais d’Aubugues and its chef and patron Patrick. We'll do everything we can to get back. Make a hal if you pass that way. He's in Prunet in the Cantal.
