We were in the area and looked for a burger n a beer place. Stopped here and glad we did. Beer was cold and they had those ice tubes in the pitchers which kept our beer good n cold til it was gone. Can't comment on the burgers, it was Taco Tuesday and we had those instead. Both the hard n soft shell were good and well worth a couple bucks a piece. The owner needs to learn how to manage a bar, she has one bartender and a waitress that is useless because she cant even bring alcohol to the customers tables, she charged us $8.00 a shot for whiskey that wasnt even top shelf material, the tacos were put in the microwave before they served them to us, and my girlfriend had to go to the bar to get beers when we wanted them cause the bartender was to busy with the thre... We had a great time here. The service was excellent. We played pool and had a couple of drinks.
Good burger and beer joint, if you are up at Houghton Lake. Nothing fancy, solid, and enjoyable experience.
Google hours do not match their actual hours.. tried checking this place out twice this weekend and they were closed earlier than their Google hours stated.
We have been there for lunch and dinner on Taco Tuesday. Their Tacos were the best. Try the deep-fried shell. The Nachos were fantastic!
