Staff is always nice helpful. They accommodate for our large group. Update: they have a server named Dylan. He is the best.. funny, upbeat very great at his job. We love when he is working when we stop in for breakfast. View all feedback.
What R C doesn't like about Village Inn:
Warning; Reservations don’t mean reservations on your Thanksgiving pies. Pre-ordered and prepaid for the no sugar added apple pie the week before Thanksgiving. Arrived to pick it up and found they had oversold and had none left, baked or unbaked. Substitution doesn’t help me as they only had the one diabetic-friendly option to begin with. So much for advance planning. View all feedback.

The website to order on sucks it asks for an email address then the site tells you that is not your email address.I use that email address for everything and no other website rejects it ever. I have had the same email for 15 years the website needs a major overhaul tried to order pies for Thanksgiving will have to go elsewhere you guys missed out on over 100 dollars too bad
Good food, but the hash browns were undercooked and crunchy. I was able to see into the back a little bit and the servers didn’t have gloves on while handling perishable food. Can only imagine what was happening in the kitchen. Server was really nice though. He was very kind and attentive. Pretty sure it was the manager who handled my English muffin without gloves.
The very good attention the very attentive manager educated and was quick... .
