Smokin' Star Bbq - Provo

I had the two-meat plate with brisket and sausage, served with smoked potatoes, potato salad, and cornbread. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors of everything. The brisket was chopped, which made it a bit dry, instead of being served as a slice. The sauce was on the sweeter side. My colleague ordered the jalapeño sausages along with the brisket, smoked potatoes, and mac and cheese. We both had a great meal and are looking forward to returning soon.

Let's begin with the outstanding customer service. The staff assists with everything you need to make a decision. The food is fresh and authentic. The pulled pork is incredible, and all three BBQ sauces offered are fantastic. I'll definitely be returning soon. I also tried the banana pudding, and it’s delightful!

I ordered the brisket point (the fatty side), and the taste and texture combined to create some of the best barbecue I've had in this area! I can't wait to go back!

That is a large family business. I have several people there for business dinner in the ptcm (very comfortable from I-15), and that eating is always great! They climb earlier on the day for ripening as they go fast! pork, sausage, bark and truthahn are all excellent. the best side imho are the loaded bors and the sawn mais. everything is fresh and made home.

I ate at the food truck in Stansbury Park.The Brisket was some of the best I’ve had. Jalapeño cheddar sausage was also excellent! Loaded beans also good and the Mac and cheese not so much. Also they have amazing BBQ sauce I like it because it’s very thin with lots of flavor vs most BBQ sauces that are thick and pasty.
