Shirley's Bakery Cafe - Provo

My experience here today was not exceptional. Shirley has a great concept, but I wasn't very impressed with my sandwich. Perhaps it was just a matter of timing. However, my overall experience was positive enough to give this place another try.

The service at Shirley's is incredibly friendly, and the baked goods are even better! They offer some truly amazing sweet rolls that are absolutely delicious, though challenging to finish. Plus, there's always a delightful aroma wafting through the bakery!

I LOVE Shirley?s! They have the best sweet rolls! My absolute favorite are the blueberry rolls with cream cheese frosting but I also love the cinnamon and raspberry. You really can?t go wrong with any of their desserts. Yum!

We have used Shirley's for years. We used them for the a wedding a year ago and were very impressed. Recently we bought packages of the 20 pack cinnamon rolls and even though they still tasted very good, some of the rolls were very small vs others. They were not true 20 packs. Also, don't rely on the prices online. They don't honor their prices listed on their website when you call in your order. As long as you are prepared to pay a lot more and get less then you will be happy. There are other options for cinnamon rolls out there that aren't so disappointing. One example is pictured below from breakfast.

The dinner rolls here are simply the best! They are soft and incredibly addictive due to their deliciousness. All of their desserts are, of course, delightful. The coffee is also quite good. However, the sandwiches are quite pricey and rather small. I recommend sticking with the croissant sandwiches, as they are larger and really tasty. The chicken salad sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. I'd definitely eat here for lunch more often if the prices were a bit lower.
