Reviews - Rekava
Reviews summary
Cozy, community-minded spot serving exceptionally fresh Hawaiian-style poke with generous portions and wallet-friendly prices. Owner and staff are warm and welcoming; Friday open-mic nights add lively local flavor while kava and island treats like black rice and butter mochi create a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is intentionally simple—shoyu and spicy tuna shine—but customization and crunchy toppings are limited and some specialty items sell out. Ideal for casual dinners, groups, and fans seeking authentic poke in Provo.

I went here with my brother and father on a Friday night and we had a great time. The owner Moana is super friendly and takes his time getting to know everyone who comes through the door. He even hooked us up with a free jug of kava after we finished our second one. They have open mic night on Fridays with local comedians, singers, and poets. View all feedback.

1st time trying poke bowls and I'm hooked! This is a great place to try poke bowls 10/10 would recommend.
Been here a couple times now. Great food, especially for a landlocked state. I'd dare say better than a few of the poke places I tried in Hawaii. Also great service, very kind and helpful.
My husband lived in hawaii for a a couple years and loved the poke bowls from the local grocery markets there. No place in the mainland has been able to satisfy his craving for poke than this place has. Their simple menu makes it easy to make no mistake on ordering something tasty every time!! I only write reviews if somewhere is worth 5 stars and I'd say this place is worth 6!!
Okay so I've never been to Hawaii but this is the best poke I've ever had in my life. SO FRESH, so tasty. I will 100000% be back and happily drive the 30 minutes for it.
The BEST poke I've had in Utah so far. My husband and I each got a large, and the portions are HUGE. The large is also only about $15, which is great for the size. They also have butter mochi and black rice (both were sold out for the day when we got there); so we're definitely coming back for that. We got the white rice with spicy tuna and shoyu and it was as good as what we had in Hawaii. There's no option to really add additional toppings, but they top with an eel sauce type sauce and furikake and it's delicious.
