Ramen Haus - Provo

Their ramen is good but their price is higher than other ramen places. Katsu curry rice bowl has only half bowl of rice and their curry tasted like Indian curry. Their karage is good. I don't think I'll come back.

The umami bomb ramen was really good and satisfying. Not too heavy while having a nice blend of flavors and textures. Portion was good. I didn't try the katsu curry. my friend ordered it and wasn't expecting the curry to be so dark but he still really enjoyed it. Seating was quick and the staff was really kind and helpful. Happy to have a place to revisit in Provo!

Fantastic ramen! The owner is pure Japanese and he made every meals so authentic! Definitely better than any ramen restaurant even Asa ramen. I had no expectations but ended up really enjoying this place! We ordered the spicy ground pork ramen, katsu curry, and karaage. Everything was absolutely delicious. And they have fukujinzuke to go with the curry, in case that's as important to anyone else as it is to me. Will be back soon because I plan on trying the chashu rice bowl and chilled ramen next.

The only vegan option for ramen is getting the vegetarian ramen sub vegan noodles and sub regular tofu for panko tofu. The ramen itself was pretty good but definitely not the most flavorful. They have veggie dumplings but the wrap is not vegan. Wasn’t a bad option but wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again.
