I usually don't expect much of fast food, but I expect at least respect. Last Saturday was an employee named Kevin, he had bleached hair, standing in the front, so I asked him how his day went, and he just ignored me, so I went on to ask and he just whispered? That n a? and went back. I was speechless and just wanted to eat somewhere else. View all feedback.
Not sure if it's a result of the mall dying and this location trying to make their food stretch out, but my food was horrible! My Beijing beef was more like soup. Super soggy. Chow mein was subpar. Would give them 1 star, but I believe part of the problem is the mall itself.
Almost every time I order?ve online for pickup? ve screwed the order. If you try to get wool fired shrimp, ready to be surprised with honey walnut shrimp.
Order online hoping I don't have to wait. Show up at the appointed time only to have to wait 30 minutes for my food. I saw a whole line come and go before I got my food.
I order takout from here a few times a year. Normally it is a good experience. Earlier tonight a manager helped me and she did two things I am not impressed with. 1. the fried rice tray was about 3/4 empty. I watched her put a fresh batch of fried rice on top of the remaining rice. Good for me because I got fresh rice. Bad for someone who is getting the old rice at the bottom, who knows how long it lasts down there. 2. I ordered the peppered angus beef and walnut shrimp noodles. both items you have to pay extra for. The servings were smaller than normal. I am sure the manager did this because she is more aware of food costs, but in the past the serving sizes of these two items have always been larger.
Manager was rude and pushy, gave a really small amount of orange chicken and after saying I didn?t want a plate, then refused to give any more chicken, I go to Panda Express frequently but this one has lost my service.
