Marco's Pizza - Provo

Unfortunately with any business, as we know {or SHOULD know} you sometimes only get 1 time to make impression on a customer. Today was my 1st and last visit to Marcos!! Employees were rude. First, upon walking in, the employee standing there didn’t acknowledge me, he turned and walked directly to the back. The other employee was immediately irritated with trying to honor my coupon that the new apartment complex had given me as a way to promote my residency and ALSO Marcos!! That employee shared with the other employee how stupid these coupons are, loudly so! Personally, my family and I are exclusively DOMINO’S pizza fans, however since we just moved in, we were excited to give the new pizza place a try!Guess we’ll stick with what we know from now on. Sorry your employees aren’t better trained in guest service or smiling or caring.?

The pizza here is good, but this review is for Noah the guy working the front. I've never seen this place as busy as it was tonight, and I've never seen someone work as quickly or as professionally. Seriously, he deserves a raise.

I placed an order online for pickup, I was supposed to pick it up an hour and a half later, and when I got to the restaurant they made me wait 20 more minutes.

The pizza was amazing! The guy who helped me, Kurt, was wonderful and helped me know what specials they were running. I also go the cheesy bread and let me tell you, DO NOT SKIP THIS!!!! It was sooo good! I might have found my new favorite pizza place.

I worked in fast food (like everyone in my generation) and we always attended every customer during operating hours, even ten minutes before closing time. We were first met by a blonde young man who was kind and helped us find a pizza that fit our needs, but then his co-worker came over with a traceable attitude. What this employee here attempted to do was turn us away 20 minutes before closing by explaining that the pizza was going to be done at or a little after closing. He neglected to redeem the deal his other co-worker had offered us and grudgingly made the pizza. We waited and quickly received our pizza before closing time, note the earlier turn away attempt. What we ended up with was a piping hot large half and half pizza loaded with sauce and cheese. We like this pizza a lot, and hope for better customer service in the future!
