Las Tarascas is a hidden jewel! The food is fresh and very authentic. Service is good and the prices are right. I eat here at least once per month and have never had a bad meal. The only downside is their location in a strip mall. It's the best Mexican food in Utah Valley and the second best in the State! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Las Tarascas:
My favorite thing about this place is that there are many different flavors on every plate. I always get a different combination love how no item is the same. So often you get a combo plate covered in one sauce buried in cheese. Not here. The green enchiladas are completely different from the red both are delicious. View all feedback.
