I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant today. I was looking for a quiet and comfortable spot to relax, but the employee was one of the rudest and most disrespectful customer service people I've ever met. Additionally, there are other coffee shops nearby that provide a better product at a lower price. I won't be returning to this place. View all feedback.

My favorite stop EVERYDAY for YEARS! They consistently have the best drinks of all kinds. Their Sick Tea is amazing hot or cold; their hot chocolates, espresso drinks, cold brews are THE BEST anywhere! Their staff is so great super friendly and always well trained! Love them!!
I have been going here for years! Their staff and coffee is the best! It’s sad that people don’t understand how much baristas depend on tips! If you want amazing coffee from an adult and not a 16 year old tip you’re baristas! These guys are amazing at their craft! I can’t get as good coffee anywhere else!
Wow I used to come here a long time ago loved it then but the service here was now unbelievably mean and overly rude for no reason I even ordered simplenothing extra . The guy was EXTREMELY rude and was very passive aggressive. he kept making faces and rolling his eyes. I ended up cancelling my order because I was worried he was going to do something bad to it by how he was acting I would definitely not recommend this coffee shop to go to, to start your day unless you’re trying to have a bad one. I would never come here again just because of how he acted. There are plenty of other down to earth coffee shops in the area. And that's just what I did
Love this coffee shop ? there’s plenty of other good coffee shops that I live closer to, but I always find myself going out of my way to go to juice n java Provo! The coffee is consistently the best around and the baristas there are always so nice and give really great recommendations. There’s this one guy barista there that I can always rely on to make me smile.
