What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
If you order delivery through them expect to receive it 2+ hrs later. They confirmed with Door Dash that it was completed at 12:33 I received it 2.5 hours later of when I placed it at 11:30. Never ordering again. Save your time money. The food was delicious but the time was uneccaptable. View all feedback.

The service was excellent, the sandwiches were delicious, and I would give it a perfect 5 out of 5!
I had to place a large order for my company by 11:30 a.m., and I only had until 9 a.m. to do so. I submitted this sizable order, and to my surprise, they were able to deliver it within two hours instead of the expected midday timeframe. To ensure the delivery was on time, they left the mayo off the sandwiches (which they called to confirm beforehand), but my company provided plenty of mayo and mustard packets for everyone to add themselves. They truly exceeded my expectations and made my boss happy. In my opinion, they are heroes!
I ordered two sandwiches today, and the guy with all the cool tattoos kindly gave us a free oatmeal cookie while we waited. It was such a nice gesture! Both the cookies and the sandwiches were incredibly delicious!
They have excellent sandwiches and they can never go wrong with the $5 meal deal that a sandwich, drink and chips for $5. the journey through is usually not busy and they have fast and good service. the last time I went, I was a little surprised when I ordered two sandwichs and a sandwich was almost one inch longer than the other, but the meal deal is only for 6” so someone got an extra 1” wahoo! (see photo).
Got 10 sandwiches. All were made perfectly and very quickly. Always love a good jimmy John’s Sandwich.
