These subs are great but you'll always wait awhile for your food. Regardless, the New York Steamer is one of the best pastrami-based subs around.

It's okay if you're hungry but there are certainly better places to get a sandwich. Overly processed foods. I can't speak for the salad cuz I didn't try it but everything else is out of the can or packaging.

I love Firehouse Subs. The food is usually good and the service is pretty friendly. This was mostly true this time around but I'm not sure I got the double meat I paid for. the sandwich seemed a little light compared to what I typically get at the locations near my home.. Otherwise, it was the typical experience. I don't know if I'll dine here again. I've found a couple of other locations over the years that go light on meat and it's easier to find a different location than to argue with them about it.

They have had the inside of the restaurant closed for what seems like over a year. It all started with Covid and they still want to play the Covid card on everything. They make you order online and then it takes forever. Worst location in the franchise will never be returning
