Our server was fantastic and if you can sit outside, it truly is like something out of a fairy tale. We started with a warm fresh mozzarella and gnocchi appetizer that was melt in your mouth. My fiancé ordered traditional spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered a clam dish over linguine. Both were great and I’d love to come back! View all feedback.
What Johnnie Predovic doesn't like about Ciro Sal's:
They didn’t have my reservation even though I made the reservation a couple of weeks before and replied to the confirmation email the day before. They offered us a table inside like it was a last minute thing. This was a birthday dinner and my special requests with the reservation was totally ignored. The server did not introduce himself and did not tell us about the evening specials. I had to again tell management t... View all feedback.
Came for dinner on a Sunday night and her outdoor garden is very nice and cozy! We sat upstairs, which had a nice view of the garden. My friend and I have the Truro red wine Cabernet, Bolognese and Carbonara, all very tasty. It was the best Bolognese I had compared to the Bolognese dishes I had from the North End restaurants. Our waitress was very attentive and super friendly. If you wish for some really good pasta and authentic Italian dishes, I would highly recommend this place. Would go back 10/10!
Ciro and Sals is a restaurant that is not on the commercial road (the most popular and passing road from Provincetown), but a nearby road. 1. Ambience: What it is not for a beach with restaurant, it goes through its ambience. I love the entrance and the garden seat. The bar was also well furnished. 2. Service: The service was great! Ron, our server was super passionate about the food he served. And he seemed really enjoyed it! 3. Food: The food was really good. I ordered the zucchini butter (mostly delicious), mushroom ravioli ( Ohh so good) and verdure del giorno. I had expected the Verdure del giorno to come with a beautiful variety of sautéed Veggies. That was the only court I wasn't impressed with. It felt like Grated carrot, which was embellished. Apart from that, the food was beautiful. Great aromas and spices. 4. Veggie review. 4/5 I felt that vegetarian food was given love as it was well included in the specialties and was also delicious! I love this place. I'm going back to Provincetown to have my date here!
Unbelievable divine! The atmosphere is so juicy, cozy and romantic, many exposed bricks, irradiated ceilings, roaring fire and atmospheric opera play to create a wonderful experience. When you add the food, it is just from this world, from bread to the amazing salads and incredible main course options. Never disappointed... very thoroughly great food and all year round. One of my destinations is whether there are 10 total restaurants in the city mid winter to 110 in the high season.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner at Ciro and Sal's. They were great at accommodating us at the last minute and prepared an outdoor table in the gazebo under the heat lamp in a gorgeous courtyard. We went during a Saturday evening in late March so it was still chilly but they also provided blankets. They were also dog friendly which was so helpful. The food was great. We got the meatball appetizer and 2 pasta dishes. I got the Abruzzee which has mussels, clams, shrimp, fish, calamari, and scallops over pasta. It was very filling. A lovely way to end a day in Ptown.
