We have taken our grandson to some of the finest restaurants in Provincetown, New York City, and other places while traveling, and we’ve never experienced treatment like what we received from Chach. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, as it used to be one of our favorite spots in Provincetown.
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, and it’s served in a cozy and welcoming diner setting. It's a favorite among locals, and with so many amazing choices, you really can't go wrong! On my visit, I had the duck hash with eggs, which was a special for the day. I can’t wait to try the vanilla custard French toast on my next visit!
The owner confronts customers with children who make too much noise for her liking. Instead of handling the matter discreetly, she publicly threatens to kick them out in front of her staff and other diners. This behavior is inappropriate.
The food was delicious but quite pricey; we spent $100 on breakfast for four without any drinks. It was a Saturday, and the restaurant was incredibly busy, causing the staff to rush around and frequently deliver meals to the wrong tables. Our waitress was a bit curt with us, and while clearing our empty plates, she abruptly mentioned that she needed to clear the table quickly due to a long line. She even took my dad's tea, despite him still having some left. When we left, there were only two people waiting. The food was fantastic, but I don't think I'll be returning. Also, parking was a nightmare.
