Contribute FeedbackFor a little over months now, Paco’s Tacos has been shelling out SoCal style Mexican food to hungry walkers and wanderers all over Providence. With years experience in the food industry, Frank ultimately decided to venture into the food truck business after reading about Kogi’s success story out in Los Angeles. Their menu is short and sweet with the traditional lineup of tacos, quesadillas and nachos. Currently, shredded chicken and beef (slow cooked for hours) provide the protein, but Frank mentioned that the addition of carnitas (roasted pork) is in the works. I also discovered that Frank gets his tortillas from Sanchez Tortilleria on Atwells in Providence which definitely earns points in my book. Sigh, I had such high hopes for Paco's Taco, even after driving all the way from Bristol, but alas the combination of over salted pepper rings, sparse
