The place is filled with drunks, and the staff smokes right by the entrance.
I've never encountered such rotten margarine in cakes before; they seem to have cut corners with their ingredients, making it inedible. The Neva pie with this margarine is simply terrible.
Everything is in an old style. It's a hole-in-the-wall for those who need it. It's dirty and unsanitary.
The placement of the shops is inconvenient.
