KFC - Prosser
KFC
Description
A convenient fried‑chicken takeaway with kid‑favorite nuggets, but inconsistent execution undermines the appeal. Guests note friendly initial service yet frequent drive‑thru mistakes, slow prep, and cold, bitter, oil‑tainted chicken and fries. Payment double‑charge incidents required bank disputes, and pickups sometimes lack condiments or utensils. Families may return for the kids, but recurring food quality and management lapses suggest lowered expectations.

I had a good experience with the service initially. I went to get some fried chicken and fries for $20 a couple of days ago. However, I was charged twice. When I went back to complain, they told me that the bank would only charge me once. After a day of waiting, I had to return to the bank to dispute the second charge. They were able to put a stop to it.
I encountered a rude young staff member who seemed very unhappy—perhaps she should consider a different job! I was smiling and friendly, but she only responded with a smirk, as if she were ready to argue. When she asked what sauce I wanted, I said, "Anything that's good." Unfortunately, there was no sauce included in my bag!
Every single time I go through the drive through, they miss something out of my order. And then I have to drive around and go inside. If it wasn't for my child being obsessed with their chicken nuggets, I wouldn't ever go there. ?
Total garbage. They gave me a smashed burned old burrito though was fused to the paper. So I returned it to get a new one and they replaced it within hold. Burned cold burrito there was also fused to the paper. I will never set this location again. I'm in never even go to taco bell again.
Once she finished her call, she finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered a meal deal, and it took several more minutes for them to prepare my order. By the time I left the store and returned to my hotel room, the chicken was cold and bitter. The oil used for frying seemed either reused far too many times or they had overcooked the chicken. I could only manage to eat one piece before I had to throw the rest away, and something was definitely off with the oil, as the French fries tasted just as bitter as the chicken. My advice? Always taste your chicken before leaving the store.
