Dutch Bros Coffee - Prosser

The baristas were friendly and attentive. We stopped here on our trip south and then again on our return north. I highly recommend this coffee stop!

The staff at the Prosser location were extremely rude. I won't be returning. If they’re unhappy with their jobs, they should consider finding new ones instead of taking it out on customers.

My husband is a truck driver, and I enjoy traveling out West because there are plenty of Dutch Bros locations. Every Dutch Bros I've visited has been super friendly—except for this one. The staff couldn't hold a conversation, but I still got my drink quickly.

Line can be very long but coffee is good and the employees are cool.

I go to this Dutch Bros almost every other morning, if not every morning some weeks and get the exact same coffee every time. So much so that I normally don’t even have to tell the baristas my order because they already know!!! Which is awesome ? But every time I order from these specific baristas working on the mornings weekends they always tend to make my drink different than every other barista that works there. Not sure why considering they use measurements to make their drinks but then get irritated when I ask them to fix it, and then tell me to ask for it 2X as sweet next time when I’ve never had to do that to any other barista working there….. I’m not one to normally ask to fix my coffees because it gives me anxiety but after so many mess ups and wasting my money I thought I’d just write a review that hopefully gets seen. Not sure why but coffees are just never as good from these couple morning baristas during the weekends. Sucks :
