Very quiet restaurant, where you can enjoy dishes of choice between those of the day, very well done. Right prices. It is a great diner where you can eat simple but homemade dishes in an egregia way. Also takeaway, which is a convenience if you reside in the surrounding area and you do not want to cook. Discreet wine and good prices. Great for families also numerous.
Located on the SS of the Lepini Mountains on the long straight that crosses the territory of Prossedi. I stopped for a quick stop (I thought maybe sandwich or pizza with sliced) but to my question: what do you make me eat? the two young people behind the bench, they have given me a list of dishes, from the sandwich to the lasagna or homemade cannelloni . I gave up the temptation for spaghetti with carbonara. Good, made with traditional pasta of durum wheat (not precooked to understand us well), hand grated pecorino at the moment. It is nice the full lunch formula at € 9,00 with a home menu that does not hurt the liver for the type of dishes proposed. The room is clean with large bathrooms, well maintained and also for disabled people. Possibility of large parking. At the entrance it presents itself as a minimarket, with counter full of every delicacy of the place: Bufala mozzarella, couples, dry sausages, bread pizza, etc. In the shelves all kinds of needs vary. In the lateral part, just backward, there are 6 tables to be able to have lunch in comfort and confidentiality.
