Texas Roadhouse - Prosper

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Sam for her outstanding customer service! She works at the Prosper, Texas location and is usually the one to take my to-go orders whenever I call. Sam, also known as Sammy, is truly amazing! She is always kind, patient, professional, and accommodating. I recently had the chance to tell her in person just how wonderful she is, but I felt it was important to share my appreciation with everyone else as well! I always recognize her voice, and she consistently delivers excellent customer service. Thank you, Sam, for your dedication and kindness. I genuinely appreciate all that you do! I’m not sure of the name of the manager who was on duty for lunch today, but she definitely deserves a big raise! We mentioned to the staff who seated us that we would be dining with our autistic grandson and needed a quieter spot with a comfortable temperature. She made it happen! Our little grandson had the most relaxing outing in a long time. A big thank you to everyone at Texas Roadhouse Gates of Prosper!

It's quite noisy here. During our most recent visit, the food was outstanding, and we all agreed it was a significant improvement from our previous experience. So perhaps it can be a bit inconsistent? Be sure to join the waitlist before you arrive, as it tends to get very crowded. If you don't enjoy a lot of noise, this may not be the right spot for you.

I have to now give you a very poor review. The waitress we had was great and the food was great. However, a certain waitress who had the designation of the leadership team on her name badge made a racist remark and should have been minding her own business in the first place. Frankly, I 'm ashamed for your establishment. If you want, I have their names.
