Starbucks - Prosper

Whether I go through the drive-thru or stop inside to get my coffee, the staff here is always cheerful and works quickly to serve everyone's customized drinks and food!

I dined at this restaurant for the first time today and was really impressed by the speedy and friendly service! They had breakfast sandwiches in stock when all the other nearby places had run out!

Prosper has a wonderful gathering spot at this Starbucks! It truly serves as the hub of the community and is an ideal place to grab your coffee and catch up with friends. With more people moving into the area and supply challenges being a common issue, it can get quite busy. However, the staff works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Everyone is welcome!

I visited the new Starbucks location in Prosper, near Preston and 380, today with my child to indulge in some sweet treats. She opted for a birthday cake cake pop and a pink drink, while I savored a delicious hot chocolate with pumpkin spice. This location boasts a much more modern ambiance compared to other Starbucks I've visited. The long upholstered bench looked incredibly inviting, and there was a cozy seating area with chairs in the corner as well. We chose to sit outside and discovered more comfortable upholstered chairs there. Even though it was quite busy when we arrived on a Sunday around 3:00 PM, the staff was friendly, and our orders came out promptly.

This is the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks. If you're in a hurry, I'd strongly advise steering clear of this location. Are they understaffed? This issue has been persistent since I started visiting in late 2021, and it hasn't changed, no matter the time of day.
