Panera Bread - Prosper

I had the best Panera Bread experience at the location in 75068. The dining room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive from the moment we walked in until we left. I ordered half of a Caesar Salad and half of a steak and cheese sandwich, and my order was correct and delivered promptly. This is definitely the best Panera Bread near 75068, and I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future!

The turkey sandwich and Bistro French Onion soup at this deli are delicious.

There is hardly anything to complain about at this restaurant. The staff are great, the food is good quality, and there are many items to choose from on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the margarita pizza and the two vegetarian soups. Highly recommended.

I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I sat in the car drive for 45 minutes (can not get off) to keke in register and told me to move my car up because my food had 1 minute left. I told her I can wait a minute after she has raised rudely her vote to move my car forward, I have. within 2 minutes the load manager haddy started screaming at the tip of her lungs, the halfway out of the car thru window hanging park to move my car instantly and asked what I did. she continues to run out of the house door and asks that she was ready to eat of course, I went in, asked for a refund and will never return to a panera again. the corporate management must come to this place to talk to their employees in customer service. short hand or not, they should never scream at a customer. absolutely disgusts with her service.

I have a sandwich and a big unsweetened tee. it was over $15. for this price, I would have expected him to taste much better. I had the spicy sandwich. it should be courageous, but was bland and dry for me.
