Olive Garden Italian - Prosper

I had a disappointing experience at the Prosper location. The food quality left much to be desired; the salad was spoiled, and the pasta sauce was curdled. The service was decent, but we were seated right next to the check-in desk, where employees were chatting as they began their shifts. I definitely wouldn't return to this location.

The experience can vary significantly depending on where you’re seated. We dined here two weeks in a row and found ourselves next to the kitchen, bathroom, and takeout station the first time, which was quite overwhelming, especially with kids in tow. However, during our second visit, we were seated further away from that area, and it made all the difference. The service was improved, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed. The food consistently delivers on the brand’s promise, which is why we keep coming back.

Pleasant service, not in a rush but a casual slow paced lunch without my kiddos was nice.2 bowls of Soup (chicken and gnocchi) one bowl was hardly warm but the other was great temp.Chicken parm was delish!Manager passed by twice to verify things were great (and they were)

This place is clean, super friendly, the Manager is welcoming and kind. He takes his round around to make sure all the customers are enjoying their meals. All waiters have beautiful customer service.. i can't say enough about this place!

Service was beyond horrible! Took forever for server to come greet us , bring drinks , food . It was not a good experience at all .
