We are consistently impressed, and this visit was no exception. The steak was fantastic—cooked to perfection and so flavorful that it didn’t need any sauce. The dessert was delightful; I've never tasted carrot cake quite like this before, and the gluten-free lava cake was everything a lava cake should be. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to experience the talents of the master chef and his exceptional staf... View all feedback.
What Hugh Morris doesn't like about Eddie’s Napolis Of Prosper:
The food was enjoyable, but our server was a bit slow, though he was constantly moving between inside and outside. We find ourselves visiting Eddie's less frequently due to the extremely loud music that plays all the time. I would suggest lowering the volume or perhaps having the music outside, allowing diners inside to converse more easily. It would also be great to have live entertainment during the week to attract... View all feedback.
Coming from the Boston area, we were spoiled with great authentic Italian food. After searching for quite some time, we have finally found the real deal Italian. Great food, reasonable prices. Eggplant parm veal parm cooked to perfection; the veal was superb melt-in-your mouth. Pasta was nicely al dente. Red sauce was perfect, not acidic. Calamari was delicious, nice light batter and a little spice with jalapeño and smooth sun dried tomatoes. Tiramisu delicious. Can’t wait soon enough to try different offerings. Thank You!

We had a great time here at lunch on a Sunday! Our server (Bryant) was really attentive, helpful with the menu, and anticipated our needs better than most servers we’ve had! He was also super patient with our large group that included 5 kids. The food was super tasty with giant portions. Can’t wait to come back when it’s cooler and sit out on the patio!
We ordered pizza from Napolis tonight and man, it was terrible. I also requested that the salad not come with croutons because of a gluten allergy, but it was furnished with a ton of croutons courtesy of someone who didn’t read. I called and spoke to a pleasant girl that said the new owner was with another customer… I said I would wait… well he just isn’t taking calls tonight. Cheese too salty, no sauce, pizza burnt and it was just not good, flavor profile all wrong. Since Eddie is no longer the owner and Naz has decided to not take a call from a customer, we will not have a return trip back here.
Good pasta and good customer service. I had a to go order and my food was hot and ready. I will visit again I saw some great specials posted I would like to try.
