What I love about asian places is everything is home made from family recipes passed down from generation to generation so you know it’s the real deal. The place is a small shop front amongst 20 other different shops along the front of the Churchill Centre strip. They have a picture menu with numbers on the board for easy ordering and you just order at the counter. View all feedback.
What Joy Tremblay doesn't like about Phonomena:
I was hungry and needed food when I went here. it filled the hole, but as a lover of viet food, this place is not that hearty broth I am used to. the glass bowls are cool, but it just didn't do for me. View all feedback.
I love the steam bunsIt's like the Vietnamese version of a taco - delicious meat and vegetable filling in a bao-style bun sandwich.
Phonomena has become one of the local places my partner and I visit often when we want to eat out.
Had an excellent lunch time experience here when shopping with my mum and toddler daughter.
I have eaten here often and never had a bad experience! the personal is friendly and always remembers my face, even though his months in between! many of the menu items have tried and they were all delicious and fresh! a good stop for lunch.
Love this place! my favorite dishes are pho, roasted pork grilled chickens vermicelli salat and combination rice. They do cocosic juice with real pieces kokosnuss, which is also ingenious. so delicious!
