The coffee was the best I've had in a long time, and I'm quite particular about my coffee. The barista was very friendly and engaging, chatting with me while making my drink. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place seems to have changed hands. Was not happy at my last visit. Ordered a pot of tea for two. They gave us a pot for one ,no milk and 1 tea bag. We were... read more This place seems to have changed hands. Was not happy at my last visit. Ordered a pot of tea for two. They gave us a pot for one ,no milk and 1 tea bag. We were told to ask for a refill when we finish. Not hard considering we were two. Went to ask for a refill for cuppa for my mum Pot was put on a saucer for  us to carry back to table as i am disabled mum carried the pot. they handed to her the pot on a saucer with the spout over her thumb and  she burnt her hand on the way back to table  Pot was simply filled with boiling water, no new bag.  Very poor service. Where have the lovely people who owned the cafe gone? Not a happy customer. :

The mother and daughter team running the cafe are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that clearly attracts many regular customers. Situated inside the Northpark Shopping Centre, right across from Coles supermarket, Cafe Nineteen is easy to find. Despite being busy most of the time, the service remains fast and efficient. With plenty of tables and chairs available, finding a comfortable spot is never a problem. Their menu features consistently perfect caffè lattes, and they also offer convenient takeaway options for coffee and snacks. I highly recommend Cafe Nineteen to anyone visiting Northpark Shopping Centre.
