I have tried many things off of the menu, but the fish Burger is definit... read more Ok, I've been here a few times now, so I thought it was finally time to write a review. I have tried many things off of the menu, but the fish Burger is definitely my FAVOURITE. This is not your typical fish and chip store or standard burger bar!! The smoky charcoal flavours and the fresh, quality ingredients are always to die for. The choice of seasonings for the hot chips is something different, and all taste great. You can definitely tell there is some passion coming from the kitchen which is clearly represented through its food! I'm totally addicted to the home made chocolate mousse! You can't go wrong with anything you choose at Ben Hurs - you won't be disappointed!!

We are burger enthusiasts and both believe that this establishment is the best burger spot in Adelaide. We frequent Ben Hurs at least twice a month and have never been let down. Fresh ingredients, delicious options, and excellent service - what more could you want?

The meat had a delicious charcoal flavor and the relish had a strong tomato taste. The chips were fluffy inside and crispy and light outside.
