Dunkin' - Prospect Heights

Service was excellent. Line was a little long though do to proximity to high school. There was no seating. Wish there were some tables outside this establishment.

Terrible. ? Gave me a TAMPERED sandwich that a customer returned and lied to my face when I asked if this was the sandwich that man just returned?I ordered two iced coffees and a bagel egg sandwich, five~ people ordered after me, I got one iced drink thenI sat and waited for everything else. A man even comes back in with his order and says that his sandwich was a bagel sandwichand he asked for a croissant. I?m guessing this was my bagel sandwich that they gave that man no they didn?t call it out theypersonally handed it to him anyway they made him the croissant sandwich and put the other bag aside did not throw it out? 15minutes go by as I?m watching everybody else get their sandwiches and coffees and I?m Still waiting for the rest of my orderbefore a girl notices and asks me what else am I waiting for, I show her my receipt and tel her I?m still missing the blueberrycoconut iced coffee and my bagel sandwich. She asks her coworker ?this is bagel right?? Referring to the product that the manhad returned that I mentioned previously coworker says ?Yes? she proceeds to give me the returned sandwich, I ask her ??is thisthe sandwich that guy just returned?? She looks me straight in the eye and says ?no : ?. She lied to my face, and both workerswere okay with giving a customer a tampered product. Literally so disgusting!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted withthem. The ONLY reason I didn?t call them out then and there was because i needed to get to work because by that time I hadalready wasted 20 minutes there. I strongly recommend you do not buy food at this location seeing how ok they are with givingpeople food that a stranger had tampered with.

I would give you guys zero stars If I could. An extremely rude young lady just gave me the most horrendous service!!! October 05 2021 around 3 pm. Hope you do better

Just left terrible service. The cashier took my order and scanned my Dunkin app and then the register stopped working. I was on a time crunch so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it wasn?t possible to cancel/refund me and rolled her eyes at mewhen I asked why. I ended up paying but not recovering any coffee.Very upset :

I go in n ask for my coffee when I get out i try it n it states bad. I go back for her to fix it because I pay for something I?m gonna drink Atleast I should like it, when I got in she keeps telling me she did it how she was supposed to with an attitude,after she accused me me of being mean n having an attitude, so I told her I wasn?t showing attitude n then ask for her name nshe refused to give me her name after I asked again n she kept ignoring me after I said it the last time she said her name isMaria n then i asked for her last name n she said very rudely to not worry about her last name to just worry about her firstname then continued to ignore me, terrible business
