My favorite coffee but it is the staff at this location that gets the 5 star review. A friendly crew working the day after Thanksgiving who offered a lick of whipped cream for our dog Scout waiting patiently as we enjoyed our coffee and donut. After posting, I looked at some of the reviews that were not as positive. I have to believe this location is under new management as it was a great experience. View all feedback.

Permanently closed and we see people trying to go through the drive through all the time. Surely the owner of the property can put something up to let people know it’s closed down. View all feedback.
Not all Dunkin' donuts are really equal this is one of the better ones
When I came here, all the workers were yelling at each other non stop. It took forever for me just to order. Finally when my hash browns came, the guy just threw them to me, not handing it to me. Over all good is good , customer service need a big upgrade. I mean it with my whole my life. Learn to respect others people.

I ordered 3 dozens initially and the cashier lady said they only have half-dozen boxes. So I changed my order to 5 half dozens. My bill came out to $49 and change. I thought it was a little pricey for Dunkin donuts but left because I had to go somewhere else. My husband pointed out the price was way too much and we went back 10 minutes later to check with her. She then said she didn’t do anything wrong because she charged me for 3 dozens and that was my original order. She said I paid $7 more for 5 half-dozens and “personally I think $7 is nothing. I didn’t do anything wrong.” Can you believe what she said? She kept insisting she didn’t do anything wrong but finally shut up when I took out my phone and asked her if she wanted to viral on Instagram. The owners refunded me $7 plus tax, but I was not happy at all about having to argue with her in the first place. No one should be overcharged even a penny by mistake. She should have apologized. They should train the employees properly. What a way to ruin my morning!
