I can't even begin to describe my experience with this restaurant. I had 2 triple berry dishes every day, which were louder than life. The staff are amazing and represent the essence of a family-owned business. Their prices are fair and the taste and quality of their dishes are outstanding. The Gelato itself was delicious. But don't expect any good customer service here. Me and friends walked in and were ignored by workers until we greeted them when we were ready to order. They acted as if we were inconveniencing them by wanting to place an order. Unfortunately that was enough for me to not want to return. View all feedback.
This place is small but powerful! The flavors pack a stamp and the service was good. A small one was a lot for me as they put something in the cup and it floods the top! The small serving device they give you is very funny and lets you enjoy the taste more with every bite. I got the last cappuccino purse and I was very happy. It was amazing. Remember that when they run out of a taste for the day, they are out so that you want to go earlier in their open hours if you want to make sure that you try what you hope to try! Some can say the prices are somewhat steep, but the quality of taste and ingredients makes it well worth the price. Sitting is minimal, but it was empty there when we left, so we had many possibilities to sit for spots. Definitely will be back to try more flavors in the future!
Authentic gelato. Very cosy atmosphere. Best is to sit outside and just enjoy the quaint neighborhood
My family is Italian and have traveled to Italy. Gilberto serves the real deal, made from scratch and delicious! I highly recommend the goat cheese and fig gelato.
