A little tired of the usual dining places of work we found this trattoria in the historical center of proserpio, which already from the outside seemed character... read more A little tired of the usual dining places of work we found this trattoria in the historical center of proserpio, which already from the outside seemed characteristic and attractive, with the name engraved on a wooden panel in a context from small ancient world the inside, if possible, was even more pleasantly surprising, with so much wood, exposed bricks and furnishings from traditional tavern. The menu of the day, with choice between three dishes for each course, we were illustrated by memory by the nice waitress/titular and the dishes we consumed turned out not only excellent but also generous in the portions, so much so that my colleague, despite the appreciation, failed to finish everything and a piece of his chicken happily gave it to me. The service was quick and the final account is all but expensive: first, second, contour, water, 1/4 of wine, coffee and bitter to 13 euros. If it wasn't for time and travel costs, it would really be worth it to return to us often.
