Delicious whole foods especially the gluten free cakes. If you are lucky enough to stumble across the broccoli blue cheese tart - treat yourself, you won't be disappointed. Coffee is a must as it's the best in Proserpine. View all feedback.
Great coffee and gluten free foods, great atmosphere and great service. Lovely spot to sit down and relax with friends/family or a book. :)
Really nice coffee. Nice place for a pit stop, sit around for a while and chill and plan what to do next on holidays. The service was super friendly and accommodating. Wasn't hungry but the vegetarian frittata looked so nice I bought a couple of take home pieces, and it was very tasty later that afternoon. Cash only at this venue. Would definitely revisit if I got the chance. It was recommended to us by a local resident.
I recently had lunch at a restaurant located on the main road in Airlie Beach, although it is quite far out. Despite the inconvenience of the location, the food was definitely worth the journey. The menu featured a variety of options, with a focus on organic and biodynamic ingredients. I believe everything is made on site. I ordered a quiche, a muffin, and a slice of cake, which were all delicious and satisfying. It seems that the menu regularly changes to maintain a homemade feel. In addition to food, the restaurant also offers dry goods and fresh produce, but it is the cafe food that I would return for.
Not your average cafe, but more like visiting a neighbours house for lunch. Staff are all welcoming and feels like you are invited to be there. It's a very no frills kind of dining. Whatever is in season and freshly made is the menu. We got a chicken curry and frittata. Both were very fresh and full of flavour. The whole organic local sourced food was made to shine. Probably not everyone's thing, but for health conscious or people who respect food you should enjoy your lunch.*Note that they are currently open mon-fri for breakfast and lunch.
On our way to Airlie beach we came across the Croc Cafe. Hidden up a tropical pathway we found a small cafe. Great excellent friendly staff. The Coffee was very mild and lacked caffeine. I keen to sample the home made food at a later date .
