very good cuisine, dishes are copied, neat and very tasteful; finally an address to be recommended on Propriano. even the child menu is delicious with seasonal fish and vegetables, it changes the steak/frites offered very often. prices are correct for the quality of the kitchen, service and frame. What matteo Tuscany doesn't like about Dolcemare Val. Rest:
30€ for a dish of linguine to the clams of poor quality, pasta without salt completely untied by seasoning and without flavor. Roast of the children's menu, similar to that of the hospital, dry and tasteless. The octopus to the good plate but with clearly smell of oil burned from the plate. 32€. Good typical menu, good running soup and discreet fish of the day. Good service and friendly staff Location very nice directly on the port.

Excellent restaurant, cuisine et cocktails de qualité supérieure.
Quite disappointed because I was expecting Dolce Mare with the 2023 team where the meals were exceptional. The new team has completely changed the map. It's no longer the same restaurant at all, even if it has kept the same name. Nice cocktails. Nice tapas. But far from what I have experienced in the past.
