We came looking for this place on the recommendation of some new friends in Progreso. Like pretty much everywhere we went, the interior did not match the exterior. Inside, it was calm and fairly cool, thanks to such a high ceiling. There were some dart games being played between a group of Canadians who frequent the restaurant, and we were included in their talk, which made things very fun. During the part of the year that the place is open, we were told that Wednesdays and Saturdays were live music nights. Entrance requires reservations for those evenings, and it is crowded. We were not there at the right time for this, but next year we will go!Service was fantastic, food was very good. This is definitely worth the effort to find.

Fuimos con la familia y la pasamos muy bien. La gente bailaba al ritmo de la banda que tocaba clásicos de rock, y la comida estaba bastante buena. Incluso mi hijo pequeño se divirtió. Estaba lleno y, sin embargo, nos atendieron rápido. ¡Se los recomiendo!

On our 10 day trip we visited Faces 2 times. Both times with great live music and even better food. One thing to note: if you're going on live music night, make a reservation! (can be done through Facebook)

If your going out to Faces on a Wednesday Jam session or the weekend you may need to consider reserving. They handle groups better than most local restaurants. They hire great musicians. Don't move the chairs! Service can be slow. Eat your food on arrival as your group will not be served at the same time.
