A small, charming place where we ate excellent homemade pasta. We had the gricia pasta and the sausage ragu, both very tasty. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

QUALITY! One of the best hams I've tasted so far, and the pasta with truffles? Incredible, the meat with truffles? Wonderful. The owner is fantastic, incredibly capable of running a kitchen on his own, logistically savvy, and great company! We left feeling full and had a great time, it really brightened up our evening. See you next time, we'll be back!

We ate here a couple of times while staying in Priverno. Great atmosphere and service in a small out of the way prosciutteria with amazing food. The carbonara was the best I have tried in Lazio. Highly recommend a visit.

A truly unique little trattoria, the idea for which, according to the owner, was born 10 years ago from his passion for cooking. Unique because the place seats just a few people and the owner makes everything (absolutely everything! himself, which means you might need to be a little patient at times. In any case, he also masterfully makes all types of pasta himself (fettuccine, gnocchi, and even rigatoni, etc. : we had fettuccine with local sausage ragù and rigatoni alla gricia, which were truly the best we've ever had. For appetizers, we chose a local platter featuring the ham that gives the place its name. The prices are more than reasonable, typical of a small town trattoria. The menu isn't extensive, but it's more than enough to choose from, and above all, you can tell that quality is the number one priority for the manager-chef-waiter of this little place. The restaurant is small, seating a dozen people outside on the main street near the square with the beautiful town hall, and perhaps a few more inside. The kitchen is open, and it's clear it's designed almost like a home-cooked meal. Furthermore, the owner clearly has good relations with the entire town and, if he has a minute, is even willing to stop for a convivial chat. Be careful to stick to the opening hours and, above all, to book: he's made a choice not to sacrifice his life for work, so if he doesn't know in advance whether he'll have guests, he might decide to close early and devote himself to his family. We loved it, we recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

You’re tired of the tourist places, you’d like to chill somewhere with authentic food in an off the beaten track village (100km from Rome and at 3 hours, still too close to Amalfi! really good food, great service.
