Taco Time - Prineville

This place is quite good. The whole wheat tortilla and the great variety at the salsa bar are definitely standout features. However, the salsa fresca (pico de gallo) I tried during my visit could have been fresher.

I walked in, and while I could hear others chatting, getting someone to help me was nearly impossible, even after I called back. When I returned to my truck, I noticed someone pulling up to the drive-thru. Against my better judgment, I decided to give it a shot. What a mistake that was. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order. If I could give zero or negative stars, I definitely would.

The baked filled Mexi Frys were stale and hard, which didn't justify the price. Additionally, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The cashier was in a terrible mood and treated customers poorly.

Terrible experience. I know it's fast food, but this was really disappointing. I arrived about an hour before closing, and the employee acted like serving me was a hassle. My food was cold, and they didn't even bother to brown the tortilla. Here’s a tip: if you’re working in fast food, you should be ready to do your job, whether it’s during open hours or not. If you can't handle that, maybe it's time to reconsider your choices.

Prineville, OR has to have the worst Taco Time anywhere. The owner never responds to complaints so it is useless to try and call. The employee's they hire are rude and don't care about your order. This is the second altercation I have had with an employee and because you never know when this Taco Time will be open I will just have to go to Taco Bell down the street. Terrible restaurant and I won't go back.
