So, I stopped here for a toasted bagel and cream cheese, having never been here before I figured no way that can't go smoothly. I got my bagel and realized I only got a little packet of cream cheese. I politely ask the associate if I could have another cream cheese; he said sure. Then he proceeds to say that will be $1 more.
