Pagliai's Pizza In Pr - Princeton

I have dined at Pagliai's many times and the food is always great. The service is wonderful and I have never passed on an opportunityto go there to eat. Prices are reasonable even with recent upcharges we are experiencing since the pandemic and rampant inflation.

The service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I truly enjoyed the pizza I ordered It was yummy!

Very friendly, constant smiling from quite a few. They are fast at taking your order and fast at bringing your food. Very nice and clean place.

The crust on my pizza seemed like they didn't allow enough time for the dough to proof. It was lacking in flavor and very tough for pizza crust. I wasn't expecting this, Pagliai's seems like a very well run restaurant. I worked as a pizza cook in my youth and I've made a lot of pizzas, and dough. I plan to give them another chance as they seem to try to be better, and I expect this was not up to their normal standards.

This place is a gem! Service was excellent! Food was impressive! The goat cheese was the creamiest I 've ever had! After a long day visiting prisoners at the state penitentiary, we were hungry. My colleague is a foodie so we passed on the Chinese restaurant suggestion and looked for something a little more unique. Pagliai 's did not disappoint. For only $30 I got the spinach goat cheese salad with peach vinaigrette and a double crusted pizza. I paid more than that at BBW for 12 wings and fries! I ate 1 slice and took the rest home to the husband. He was thrilled. Pizza was great even after reheating!
