They even provide oat milk for those who prefer it. If you're looking to purchase additional items like coffee machines or grinders, you'll find those here as well. The food options are top-notch, featuring high-quality, organic brands like muffins, yogurt, and chocolates. The café is small but cozy, with comfortable benches and tables inside. For just $6, they serve an absolutely amazing cappuccino. Very few places take the time to weigh the coffee beans before brewing and then adjust the settings based on the brewed coffee to account for variations in atmospheric pressure. Best Coffee Shop in Princeton. For the life of me like, I cannot understand why so many people go to this *other* coffee shop in the city and get inferior coffee for higher prices and are forced to pay only cash. I love coffee at Rojos, the vibe, the staff and the music. Very recommended.
