On The Border Princeton

The food here is excellent! I highly recommend it for both kids and adults.

The Three Cheese Enchiladas (Vegetarian) were bland and served cold. I regretted my choice. However, the chips and salsa were outstanding!

The Mexican food here is quite mediocre. It's not terrible, but it's rather bland and dry. The tortilla soup is quite disappointing. If you're looking for a dish that barely resembles Mexican cuisine, this might be your spot. However, the chips are quite good.
