Well, that was the first time in maybe two years since we got KFC. When we wore up, the drive thru was lined around the building. If it must be our turn. we wanted cheese curds. We wanted to say 1/2 original and 1/2 grill just that they were out, and waiting for everything except wings would be 30 minutes minimum, and it would not be a grill. The lady on the intercom was not the most pleasant person, but we were not really in a hurry, so we decided to wait. The sweet lady who came into our vehicle tried to get the orders to the right people. She explained that the person who took the orders had just picked up her stuff and went out and said that she didn't feel good. She also said she had 8 pcs of all white meal. We told her we had an 8 piece, but it shouldn't be all white and we really wanted 1/2 grilled. She then told us they didn't cook anymore. So it wasn't that they were from grilled chicken. We were all right with all the whites and took it. I guess what I get is not just us as the customer who gets the raw end of the stick. The sweet lady and the others who still worked did their best to make sure they got everything right for all of us customers. She even told us to call the restaurant when we come home and something is wrong. So, kudos to her and to those who are out there who still care about the job you do and the reflection that it has on not only the restaurant but also on you! I, for one, very appreciate you!
They got my order quickly and friendly the management was professional and treated me as I was important..
We met my family for lunch, the people were very respectful to stay away, as this was only the second time I had eaten in a restaurant.
Okay, why is it that Princeton, Indianan kfc the workers don't get any your order right and the grilled ck is always dry and hard?
