Sit at a table and know your getting the best, despite it being in a hick town, or sit at the bar and see it happen. I'm told by the superb wait staff the cook trained in mexico. I've been there and believed it based on the evil eye I got while scrutinizing the menu like it was a green card. I think it's cultural because once orders came in he turned into a magic samuri on the grill. I'm told my side of chilli rellano would be heated in the oven but I never saw it. I also never heard or tasted a microwave. The chilli was the best I ever had. The chicken burrito was great and the salsa was fresh and tasty. Get over the location and realize a great sanitation score with great food.
